THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a refund policy for certain courses, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the course enrollment date.
• Refunds will not be granted if you have completed more than 20% of the course content.
• Refunds will not be granted if you have violated these Terms.
• All refund requests are subject to our review and approval.

10. Termination
